Fascinated by the beauties of nature, “wrapped up in a nutshell but king of infinite space” with the Dolomites in the foreground and a blanket of stars to warm a magic night.
Starlight Room Dolomites Gourmet is the fulfilment of a dream. This mobile room, made of wood, with glass walls, and located on high panoramic ground at Col Gallina, far from the hubbub and light pollution, is designed to spend a night with privileged views of the Dolomites, protected by the heavens’ wonder .
After dusk, the night descends on the unique skyline of the mountains until the first lights of dawn brighten Lagazuoi, Tofana, and Sass de Stria stirring unforgettable emotions.
This “cosmic” adventure can be experienced all year round and enriched with a gourmet dinner at Rifugio Col Gallina in which the typical flavours become the protagonists of the exquisite menu offering irresistible  tastes, colours, and flavours.

Reservations are accepted only while the hut is open - winter: from 21 December 2018 to 30 March 2019 - summer: from mid june to mid september

For organizational reasons, it is requested to book at least 48 hours in advance

Check-in time is 19:30/19:45 at the hut - Check out time is 08:00

The double room rate for one night is euro 350,00 including dinner, transportation and breakfast

The room can only accommodate 2 persons - pets are not allowed - it is only possible to book for one night

The toilet is located outside the room, no sink or shower available - showers can be used in the hut on request

A 50% deposit is required at time of booking

Menu

The gourmet dinner is served at the restaurant of Rifugio Col Gallina. Our staff is attentive to food intolerance and special food requirements. Our dishes, which combine creativity and tradition, are accompanied by a choice of wines to offer a tasteful journey through the Dolomites' fine food and wine traditions.

Buffet breakfast is served at Rifugio Col Gallina.
